This is a reminder that there will be two BNP events this weekend.
On Saturday (30th Oct) there is a training day. The event is open to current members only and will consist of training in how we as a party are changing our approach to Elections Strategy.
Although this is only one event, it forms part of a national program of training days and it is important that somebody appropriate from your area attend so that the knowledge is passed along.
What should you do before the training?
Can you please select the Group or Branch you think will be best to run your regional live test on the new database? Ideally this will be one with a high number of activists, an election looming and some existing canvass return data. Even if that data is paper based, we can still work with it.
Who should attend the training?
• Officers from the test branch you have selected
• Regional Elections Officer
• Councillors who want to be re-elected
• Any local activists or officers with IT skills
• Any other key activists
Where is the training?
High Lane Social Club, High Lane Row, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear NE31 1SW.
When is the training?
Please arrive from 11h to get settled in. Training will begin at 11h30 sharp.
What will happen on the day?
As well an explanation of how our tactics in the run-up to elections are changing, as part of the day's activity we will discuss any forthcoming elections in your area, how to obtain the data required from the local authority, have a play with the new Elections System and answer any questions on how we will use all of this to win elections!
Nick Griffin MEP will be attending and will be talking with members in advance of the annual Conference.
Please confirm who will be attending from your area via email to Mark Walker at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The second event is attendance by Andrew Brons MEP at the meeting in The Kelly on Sunday (31st). Please call Martin Vaughan on 07944 841659 for further details of this event.
